Biography:

Finn, designated FN-2187 during his service, is a central character in the Star Wars sequel trilogy, first appearing in Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens (2015). He is a former First Order stormtrooper who defects from their ranks after witnessing the brutality of their methods during a raid on Jakku.

Originally trained as a stormtrooper from a young age, Finn experiences a crisis of conscience and is unable to execute innocent civilians. This leads him to abandon his post and seek freedom from the First Order's indoctrination.

After escaping, he joins forces with Rey and Poe Dameron, becoming a valuable member of the Resistance and fighting against his former comrades.
